This is the contact person at Sanborn that is familiar with the sensor model. 
He indicated that the image tiles are georeferenced in State Plane Zone 6 NAD 83 Feet. 
He additionally indicated that the sensor model is Ultracam 22 or D and that he would 
be happy to answer question that you have as you work on the imagery. 

I am currently copying the world files to our server and will post to your ftp site when done.
